What should be considered before the procedure?

Before the procedure, we advise you not to take blood-thinning medications for 24 hours. We also recommend avoiding alcohol, ginger, or other blood-thinning foods. If you feel unwell or sick, we recommend postponing the appointment for the procedure.

On the eve of the procedure, we recommend our clients to perform a gentle lip scrub at home to refresh the lips. Properly moisturizing the lips 2-3 days before the procedure leads to excellent results. The pigment penetrates evenly into the lip membrane, and you will surely be pleased with the outcome.

Important: If you are prone to herpes, we recommend consulting a general practitioner before lip pigmentation, who will prescribe suitable medications. These should be taken 3 days before the procedure to prevent a potential herpes outbreak. But even if this could not be avoided - no worries! The color will be restored, and the correction appointment will have no negative effects.

Do you want to enlarge your lips and have permanent makeup done? What is the first step you should take?

The order does not play a crucial role. However, we recommend our clients to first enlarge, correct, or reshape their lips (using hyaluronic acid injections) and then begin the permanent makeup procedure for the new lip shape after about a month. This way, we achieve an optimal result.

Can permanent makeup enlarge my lips?

Lip enlargement is not part of permanent makeup. Permanent makeup should not go beyond the natural lip line, as the color in this area may look different after healing.

If you desire fuller lips, we recommend undergoing hyaluronic acid filling one month before the permanent makeup for the lips procedure.
